Among the properties showing in LINK (Martha's Vineyard's version of an MLS) as in-contract, the following are some of one's that strike me as the most attractive.  Which one do you like best???

Abel's Hill beach is one of my favorites in the summer, due to lack of crowd, great waves and large sandy beach. This property sits within easy access of the beach by walking or a 1 min canoe/kayak ride. Residence was approx 6,000 sf and was recently featured in Vineyard Style and New England Home.

Another Seven Gates Farm offering, this one across the border from Harlocks Pond in West Tisbury.  Essentially a land sale, this 9.1 acre waterfront property included an older 4 bedroom residence and some limitations on expansion. As noted before, Seven Gates is one of my favorite parts of the Vineyard so of course I'm very interested in any transfers there.
